President Obama’s Budget Request for International Climate Action Strong But Short of the Need

I find this article relevant to the issue of climate change and sustainability that we have been discussing in class. I feel it further depicts the hierarchy of needs in regards to the way we look at the environment in that the United States gives other issues and funding priority over issues that deal with environment. Therefore although his budget request is strong it is still unable to be granted all the funding that it needs.
